Schedule Information
The fee for the weekend is $320 at both of our retreat facilities. The fee to attend an Engaged Encounter weekend covers all materials used on the weekend, meals and facility costs.
Cancellations, Refunds, & Schedule Changes
- Cancellations/refunds: $25 non-refundable fee
- Rescheduling at least five days before the start of a weekend (by Monday before the weekend starts): no fees or penalties.
- Rescheduling/Canceling less than five days before a weekend, but before the weekend begins:
$80 processing fee due to financial commitments to our retreat facilities. - Rescheduling/Canceling after a weekend has begun: $160 processing fee due to cancellation policies at our retreat facilities.
